Job Description
  • Communicating with Clients via Email, telephone, or meetings.
  • Liaising with internal teams including Estimating, Design and Production to ensure the smooth running of the production team
  • Creating and monitoring programmes with the company
  • Attend weekly internal Review Meetings within Manufacturing.
  • Attend monthly Site Managers meeting
  • Raising Purchase Orders and controlling cost/margins.
  • Create Board Packs for monthly Board Meetings
  • Timesheets/ Overtime/Holiday- monitoring and creating report for Payroll.
  • General admin and reviewing emails, understanding where jobs are within department.
  • Some travel may be involved to Construction Site/Client Offices throughout the UK.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Effective time management - able to work to deadlines and targets.
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external customers.
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
