Job Description

Duties to include:

  • Regulate and assist management of daily customer bookings.
  • Respond to general customer queries via phone and email.
  • Provide pricing and delivery information on request.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Liaise with service partners and suppliers to resolve operational issues.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to accurately present and articulate verbal and written information to customers.
  • Background in logistics (ideal, not essential)
  • Capable of an average typing speed (30-40-word p/minute)
  • A knowledge of MS Office including Outlook and Word.
