Job Description

You will be planning and executing the next stage of growth for the business. The ideal candidate will have good accounting knowledge and a desire to run and oversee the management of a business.

• Develop and monitor a 3-year business/growth plan.
• Preparation of monthly shareholders reports showing progress against budgets and the agreed business plan
• Conducting the annual audit
• Help implement a new IT system based on sun accounts
• Support team management and HR
• Handling day-to-day banking relationships
• Office Management
• Cash book management, posting daily Bank transactions/reconciliations/monitor company debtors.
• Hedging futures and currency
• Cash flow forecasting

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Chartered accountant ACA, ACCA or CIMA or past experience in an accounting or finance department
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work using your own initiative
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Motivated and a team player
• Confident to present to shareholders
