Creating an approachable value driven central services department for the group
Supporting the Value Hub Team as they go about their day to day tasks
Providing cash flows, reforecasts, board reports, insight and financial advice to the directors, shareholders and business leads
Maintaining relationships with financial third parties; External accountants, HR Partner, Banks, IT provider, payroll etc.
To help achieve the vision of building a world-famous and highly respected group of companies with an amazing culture.
To help identify and enable the group to capitalize on ways to generate more income, save costs and drive business enterprise value.
To help create financial forecasts, investments decks and support the raising of investment capital for the Group and some of our clients businesses, with support from experienced advisors and the Executive team.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Relevant Financial Qualification (CIMA/ACA/ACCA)
Several years of experience in a finance role exhibiting;
Clear analytical skills
Great Team management
Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
Integrity, honesty and a proactive can-do attitude
Clear understanding of working in a small but growing business
Ability and willingness to work in a truly dynamic environment - where we could spend the mornings deep in the detail of a particular brands cash flow, and the afternoon talking about purchasing a new company.
Proficient in Google suite, Xero, and both mac and PC literate. The expectation is that any system your aren’t currently using can be learnt and an advanced level of proficiency will be achieved.
Ability to work Autonomously, taking the lead on projects and delivering results on time.
