Duties
Managing the payments and collection team
Running all i21’s and appraisals as well as any day to day issues
Upkeep of best practice and maintaining effective training manuals
Producing regular telephony reports as well as call management statistics
Managing the external debt collection agency
The role will require an experienced leader who has a proven track record within credit control or contact Centre’s. You will be an articulate communicator with a talent for managing people as well as process.
