Job Description

• Weekly/regular meetings with operational departments to discuss re-instatement cross charges Analysis of departmental performance, and make recommendations for improvements.
• Assessment of team productivity reviews, highlighting areas of inefficiencies and working with departmental managers to improve performance

• Working with Projects Managers, Senior Project Managers, and Department Heads in order to assess team efficiency and highlight areas for improvement

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Experience of working in a similar and sector and environment
• Full clean UK drivers licence
• Degree in Surveying or Commercial Management accredited by RICS
