Job Description

We’re looking for a part-time Credit Controller to help manage our growing cash flow operations. The role is required for 1-2 days per week and reports directly to the senior management and CFO.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and introduce policies and procedures to enhance the Credit Control function.
  • Monitor time period between payment due and collection dates to ensure payment time cycles are not increasing.
  • Raise sales invoices.
  • Chase and collect overdue payments in a professional manner.
  • Liaise with Sales/Account Management regarding overdue accounts.
  • Forecast monthly cash positions.
  • Resolve ad hoc queries in a timely manner.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum of 1 year experience working in an accounts receivable/credit role. Excellent communication skills. A confident and professional demeanor. Ability to maintain positive working relationships whilst chasing clients for overdue payments.
