We’re looking for a part-time Credit Controller to help manage our growing cash flow operations. The role is required for 1-2 days per week and reports directly to the senior management and CFO.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and introduce policies and procedures to enhance the Credit Control function.
Monitor time period between payment due and collection dates to ensure payment time cycles are not increasing.
Raise sales invoices.
Chase and collect overdue payments in a professional manner.
Liaise with Sales/Account Management regarding overdue accounts.
Forecast monthly cash positions.
Resolve ad hoc queries in a timely manner.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum of 1 year experience working in an accounts receivable/credit role. Excellent communication skills. A confident and professional demeanor. Ability to maintain positive working relationships whilst chasing clients for overdue payments.
