Be the first point of contact for all incoming enquiries through the website contact form, website chat function, email and telephone
Manage and respond effectively and professionally to all customer contact
Request additional information to enable enquiries to be priced by the relevant person
Management of all requests for additional information and chasing where necessary
Allocating enquiries throughout the company according to work stream and location
Identification of larger opportunities and/or key clients for active business development
Actively utilise Salesforce.com to record activities
Actively participate in regular pipeline reviews, ensuring all CRM records are up to date and critical success factors are identified for key opportunities
Build and maintain a working knowledge of our service offerings; participate in training opportunities
