Job Description
  • To work nationally, managing leads and enquiries for all business units
  • Be the first point of contact for all incoming enquiries through the website contact form, website chat function, email and telephone
  • Manage and respond effectively and professionally to all customer contact
  • Request additional information to enable enquiries to be priced by the relevant person
  • Management of all requests for additional information and chasing where necessary
  • Allocating enquiries throughout the company according to work stream and location
  • Identification of larger opportunities and/or key clients for active business development
  • Actively utilise Salesforce.com to record activities
  • Actively participate in regular pipeline reviews, ensuring all CRM records are up to date and critical success factors are identified for key opportunities
  • Build and maintain a working knowledge of our service offerings; participate in training opportunities
