Job Description

Dealing with new IFA & client enquiries. Research using Selectapension, O&M, Synaptics, Exchange, Assureweb. New business preparation (illustrations, application, preparation). Compiling full compliance requirements, strategic overviews, and suitability reports. Processing letters of authority and collation of data for analysis. Investment fund analysis and investment switching. Dealing with client valuations and reviews. Telephone work dealing with insurance companies, IFAs, and their clients. Database creation and management.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The candidate should be motivated and wanting to further their career within the Financial Services industry, experienced and preferably with Level 4 diploma as a minimum (or very nearly there). Motivated to always study towards further industry qualifications. A strong organiser with the ability to prioritise and have a positive 'can do’ attitude. A keen eye for detail and good grammar. IT literate and ideally have some working knowledge of one or all the following, Selectapension, O&M, Defaqto.

A good communicator who enjoys working either within your team or at times as an individual, whilst managing your own workflow and tasks independently and efficiently. You will also be required to keep up to date with technical product and provider changes.
