Job Description
  • Processing of orders and quotations and online pricing system.
  • Maintain detailed effective communication with other team members
  • To ensure errors are kept within Company standards and KPI's
  • Liaising with customers regarding specification of orders and quotations from updates through to sign off and manufacture
  • Attend weekly internal bulk meetings, sales meetings, and production meetings
  • Update the sales team with available production space
  • Liaise with the sales team on orders that are expected to be placed to ensure bulk weeks are fulfilled
  • Ordering goods from suppliers on a weekly basis to cover holiday and absence
  • Invoice checking in line with Company procedure, liaising with the accounts department
  • Answering the office phone and maintaining a customer CRM system.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Must have a proactive initiative to aspects of the role
  • Excellent communication skills both internally and externally, verbal and written. Willing and confident to use the phone with a calming nature.
  • Proficient PC skills within Microsoft office package as well as the ability to manage multiple inboxes
  • Strong awareness of attention to detail
  • Desired office experience
  • Previous sales/ procurement experience with costing, pricing, and quotations
  • Excellent time management skills, need to have the ability to organise/prioritise workload
