Job Description
This exciting administrative position is a world-recognized brand in their credit control department. You won't require experience in a previous finance role, but you will need to be able to multi-task and have experience working on Excel to a high standard.
Responsibilities:
Handle company notifications
Communicate with customers via email, text and letter
Assign debt communications as required
Mail merges in Word
Analyze customer account data
On occasion, outbound to customers
