Job Description

This exciting administrative position is a world-recognized brand in their credit control department. You won't require experience in a previous finance role, but you will need to be able to multi-task and have experience working on Excel to a high standard.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle company notifications
  • Communicate with customers via email, text and letter
  • Assign debt communications as required
  • Mail merges in Word
  • Analyze customer account data
  • On occasion, outbound to customers
