The role will manage some of the highest profile flagship clients/ contracts and will need someone with exceptional business partnering skills.
Responsibilities:

• Operate in a finance business partner role, supporting the London Regional Managing Director to manage their business to ambitious financial targets
• Manage and develop a team of 2 part qualified accountants
• Use trend analysis and forecasting to techniques to highlight risk and opportunity in a timely manner to maximize benefit to the business
• Provide support and training to operational teams to ensure Operations Managers and Location Managers can maximize the operational efficiency of their teams and contracts
• Identify and implement initiatives at a regional level to deliver sustainable operational improvements
• Support the mobilization of new contracts, including building realistic operating budgets, monitoring performance during initial trading and working with the Operations team to implement any corrective actions in a timely manner
• Support the regional month end process, reviewing proposed adjustments and challenging Operations Managers on performance
• Provide meaningful and insightful reporting an analysis to support regional operational review meetings
