Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to support the wider Accounts team with regards to systems

The responsibility of the Accounts Administrator is to:

  • Manage a very busy mail box between a team of 3 
  • Set up users in SAP and other internal systems
  • Deal with user queries relating to system issues 
  • Update process notes
  • Raise tickets regarding unresolved queries 
  • Maintain and update reports using excel.

This role is paying up to £13ph inc. holiday and will be for an initial 3 month contract. The role offers hybrid work in Central Milton Keynes with 2 days in the office


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Who is organized 
  • Has good excel skills (VLOOKUPs and formulas – although macros would be a big advantage)
  • Has good customer service skills 
  • Likes to keep busy
  • Can think outside of the box 
  • Can support process improvement
