Job Description
The firm is searching for an Accounts Administrator to help oversee the recording and management of shipping and financial data while communicating with the finance, customs, and logistics divisions.
Responsibilities:
- Processing, organizing, and pursuing invoices and unpaid balances Administrative work and assistance for the logistics and customs team managers.
- Follow orders to guarantee prompt deliveries.
- Compile reports, support colleagues in making presentations, arrange and manage records, and carry out housekeeping tasks.
- Plan shifts for the office and warehouse personnel.
- Keep current data of orders, vendors, and clients.
- Monitor the stock levels in our warehouse and place orders as necessary.
- Provide consumers with updates on the status of their purchases.
