Job Description
  • Communicating with clients and chasing aged debt 
  • Managing the invoice queries for all customers
  • Proactively resolving customer queries 
  • Issuing sales invoices and credit notes
  • Managing client credit limits
  • Assisting with bank reconciliations
  • Producing credit cards reconciliation 
  • Placing and managing customers on hold
  • Basic phone based product promotion; following up with customers on business prospects 
  • Focus on supporting the Company in efforts to develop and promote activity with new Products via CRM
  • Supporting business in onboarding new clients through KYC procedures and ownership of client static data set up 
  • Meeting with Sales Admin and Service teams to resolve account issues
  • Supporting management resolving complex client accounts 
  • Produce and report on Company KPI’s within Credit Control function
  • Take ownership of the credit control function and assist Head of Finance to improve customer billing 
  • Supporting the Head of Finance and Sales Director with the implementation of a new CRM system
  • Provide cover for other team members during absences 
  • Supporting office admin management

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

We are looking for a candidate who is able to work 5 days in the office with Minimum 2+ year’s experience in a Credit Controller role, excellent communication skills (on the phone too), ability to build relationships, confident enough to interact with stakeholders to get information required to perform your role to a high standard, attention to detail and good organization skills. Experience of working with a CRM system.
