Job Description
You will work with Risk teams and various Finance Planning, Reporting and Capital teams. You will develop understanding of the key drivers of Impairment and how they link into business decisions and financial performance. You will obtain exposure to senior management and have direct input into the Group’s budget and guidance, whilst building valuable relationships across the Group.
Key Activities
- Consolidate portfolio and product level Impairment to generate monthly internal reporting, including outputs for Group Executive Committee and Board
- Run the Impairment forecasting process; from constructing Impairment forecasts for all portfolios, products and legal entities, to producing projections and insights for Senior Management and Divisional Business Partners
- Engage and coordinate with planning teams, agreeing outputs and ensuring high quality deliverables
- Ensure accuracy of Impairment data loaded into Finance Planning systems
- Design and implement solutions to improve Group level Impairment insights and analysis through MS Excel, Power BI, Planning Analytics, and other analytics tools
