Job Description

· Organising Vehicle Repairs and MOT’s

· Ensuring all vehicle records are accurate and up to date on our internal systems

· Co-ordinating with drivers daily

· Reporting accidents and insurance claims

· Managing keys and allocation to drivers

· Liaising with Company car drivers with regards to vehicle audits

· Vehicle off the road repair delays and follow through

· Liaising with garages & suppliers and booking in vehicles for MOT’s, Services and Testing

· Making sure all vehicles are inspected to ensure they are fully equipped and meet the required standards

· Managing all the calls and Emails into the Fleet Department


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Confident and Self Motivated
  • Administrational knowledge
  • Previous experience in Vehicle Fleet preferred.
  • Able to work in a fast paced sometimes pressured environment
  • Good communication skills written and face to face
  • Good Management and Organisational Skills
  • Proficient in Excel / Word and collating accurate data and generating reports
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident and Assertive and be able to communicate at all levels
  • Full clean UK driving licence
  • Knowledge and understanding of vehicles and vehicle maintenance
