Job Description
  • Responsible for internal, corporate, creative projects, including on brand layout and management pack creation.
  • Visual layout creation of ongoing monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual corporate reports.
  • Execution of B2C demographic and segmentation exploration, ensuring the ability to visually capture the understanding of our target audiences.
  • High quality design execution, from concept to completion, using industry leading Adobe Creative Cloud software.
  • Evolve and educate internal stakeholders in all corporate brand guidelines documents across the group, enabling ongoing brand consistency.
  • Produce artwork to print ready standards using specific templates
  • Participate in project briefings, through to all aspects of conceptual and visual artwork.
  • Execute all project design briefs using the correct brand guidelines and tone of voice
  • Liaise directly with marketing team members, category managers and merchandising depts to always ensuring best practice communication.
  • Manage time effectively, being aware of cost efficiency and priorities
  • Proactively work with the marketing team to evolve capability in support of objectives and KPI’s

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

To be considered as a Corporate Designer, you will need experience in:

  • High level business acumen and mindset, enabling demonstratable and accurate graphic interpretation
  • Capable of ground up graphical and content outcomes
  • Excellent understanding of all design processes
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with external suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Corporate brand guidelines experience, with the ability to evolve and execute new brand campaigns
  • Excellent communication skills including face to face, phone, and email communications
  • A collaborative, strong team player
  • Creative flair and design agency environment experience would be advantageous
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities, and sustain a high level of energy & concentration in a fast-paced environment
