Job Description
Within this busy and varied role, you will be responsible for:
- Creating and posting internal and external job adverts
- Arranging interviews for candidates
- Obtaining references and completing DBS checks
- Issuing offer letter and contracts
- Providing uniform and induction books
- Ensuring all new staff files are complete with all necessary paperwork
- Liaising with outside organisations such as agencies and publications regarding advertising and recruitment
- Ensure all training is identified, organised, circulated and communicated to the relevant staff
- Managing central training records
- Organising and maintaining records and user accounts for annual e-learning Mandatory Training Programme
- Communicating monthly and yearly recruitment and training updates to Senior Management Team
