Job Description

Within this busy and varied role, you will be responsible for:

  • Creating and posting internal and external job adverts
  • Arranging interviews for candidates
  • Obtaining references and completing DBS checks
  • Issuing offer letter and contracts
  • Providing uniform and induction books
  • Ensuring all new staff files are complete with all necessary paperwork
  • Liaising with outside organisations such as agencies and publications regarding advertising and recruitment
  • Ensure all training is identified, organised, circulated and communicated to the relevant staff
  • Managing central training records
  • Organising and maintaining records and user accounts for annual e-learning Mandatory Training Programme
  • Communicating monthly and yearly recruitment and training updates to Senior Management Team
