Job Description
Your key accountabilities will include:-
- Developing and implementing the college's talent acquisition strategy
- Developing and executing sourcing plans including direct sourcing and interviewing
- Supporting recruiting managers in designing selection and assessment processes
- Promoting the employer brand and value proposition via online and offline channels
- Manage the People Services Team ensuring KPI's and SLA's are reviewed
- Taking overall responsibility for the People Systems including Resourcelink and Jobtrain
- Working with the Data Analyst to improve data extraction, system cleansing and improvements
- Supporting the roll-out of change and engagement programmes
- Leading on specific case work and advise managers and employees on the application of relevant HR policies and procedures
