Job Description
The role of the Estimator - Door Maintenance Services will involve:
- Estimator position producing quotes and estimates for door maintenance service contracts to end user customers (anyone with automatic doors, roller shutter doors, manual doors, facades and window & door glazing)
- Dealing with inbound enquiries
- Producing quotations for customers
- Following up quotations to increase sales
- Providing excellent customer service to clients
- Build and develop relationships to encourage repeat business
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator - Door Maintenance Services experience with:
- Must have estimating experience within the construction industry
- Ideally will have experience using LogiKal/V6 estimating software
- Must have experience producing quotes and following up
- Ideally will be degree level educated, however not essential
- Must be a motivated, positive individual
- High attention to detail and good time management
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
- Must be able to work in a team and individually
- Ideally technically savvy
