Your responsibilities will include:
--Conduct market research to analyse customer requirement and trends
--Tailor global marketing programs to UK market needs
--Collaborate with the global marketing team and the affiliate local teams to drive brand awareness, demand- and lead generation and other marketing efforts
--Manage content creation planning and writing with local teams before handover to design/publication
--Manage, execute and monitor local digital campaigns in partnership with local teams and in alignment with global programs
--Plan and execute customer events and marketing initiatives to reach target group through an omni-channel approach
--Technical set up of marketing campaigns in Marketing Automation for optimised communication
--Assist analysing marketing data and report to internal stakeholders (campaign results, conversion rates, leads, etc.)
--Support lead management process and qualification for hand over to the sales team
Your profile:
--Bachelors or Masters Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or equivalent study and/or minimum 3-5 years professional experience
--Understanding marketing elements and approaches (with specific focus on digital marketing such as SEO, Google AdWords, Social Media)
--Experience in copy writing and editing (press releases, webpages, editorials etc.)
--Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
-- Understanding and solid skills in CRM (Salesforce) and Marketing Automation Tools
-- Exceptional analytical, communication, writing and presentation skills
--Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, being able to integrate and work in a global team
-- Dynamic person with a proactive and collaborative attitude
--Willingness to travel between UK locations and marketing events, as well as occasional travel to global HQ in Austria
