Job Description
  • Day to day administration of processing engineer job reports.
  • Dealing with planned. Preventive Maintenance.
  • Dealing with customer queries in a timely manner to always ensure highest levels of customer service are achieved.
  • Dealing with customer feedback and logging as necessary following company procedures.
  • Scheduling service appointments and diary management.
  • Dealing with urgent call outs to ensure KPIs are met, assigning engineers taking into consideration cost-efficient methods including geographical factors and overseeing repairs until completion.
  • Dealing with emails from clients and other staff members and other general updating of our operating systems.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Previous administration/customer service experience essential
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Great attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook)
