Day to day administration of processing engineer job reports.
Dealing with planned. Preventive Maintenance.
Dealing with customer queries in a timely manner to always ensure highest levels of customer service are achieved.
Dealing with customer feedback and logging as necessary following company procedures.
Scheduling service appointments and diary management.
Dealing with urgent call outs to ensure KPIs are met, assigning engineers taking into consideration cost-efficient methods including geographical factors and overseeing repairs until completion.
Dealing with emails from clients and other staff members and other general updating of our operating systems.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Previous administration/customer service experience essential
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Great attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook)
