Job Description
To manage a wide range of marketing projects at any one time, including, and not limited to; marketing campaigns, advertising, collateral production, PR, social media and marketing insight.
To oversee each marketing project from conception to completion and ensure each project is delivered on-time and to budget.
Responsible for the implementation of tactical business and marketing plans as agreed with the Head of Sales and Marketing.
To ensure all marketing communications reflect the brand of the company accurately.
To perform a range of administrative and marketing support duties related to the daily operations of the marketing department.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Sound understanding of marketing principles
Ability to operate under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Effective project management and organisational skills
Effective understanding of latest technologies and the ability to identify how to apply them to the marketing function
Excellent attention to detail and experience in 'brand policing'
Excellent copy writing skills and the ability to rework technical content for a wider audience
Communicate with appropriate internal departments
Proficient in IT - such as Microsoft Office and be specifically skilled in design packages, such as Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
Assist in the writing, tracking and delivery of press releases
Experience of Cision PR Edition and PRWeb will be a distinct advantage
