Job Description

Due to growth in our training operation, we are currently looking to employ a New Road Street Works Instructor to cover our training centres and customer sites in Essex.

We welcome applications for this New Road Street Works Instructor role from candidates with any of the following skills or attributes: New Road Street Works Instructor, Assessor, Training, Mentoring, Communication, NRSWA, A1 Assessment Award, PTLLS, Trainer.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The ideal candidate will be:

• Outgoing and enthusiastic, with a flexible approach to work
• You must have excellent communication skills, as you will be an ambassador for our business
• You should have excellent time management and work well on your own as well as part of team
• Able to drive
• Have a 'can-do' attitude

Desirable Skills

You will ideally possess all of the following training qualifications:

• A1 Assessment Award (or equivalent)
• NRSWA Supervisor / Operator
• NRSWA Trainer / Assessor
• PTLLS
