Job Description

  • Ability to control the candidate process from identification, through to qualification and closing

  • Manage a portfolio of candidates and have a detailed knowledge of each candidate

  • Great customer service skills, someone who strives to provide an unrivalled candidate and client experience
  • Relationship building by listening and understanding what's needed at any point in the process
  • Strong communication skills
  • Positive attitude - no mood hoovers!
  • High level of education - degree desirable, but not necessary if you have commercial experience

  • The role is Account Management/Delivery focused as we have a very strong active client base, you'll have live roles to work on from day one.
  • Account Managing existing global client base to find out about hiring needs, and business development into new clients as required
  • Sourcing passive talent on a global basis to match live roles
  • Becoming a Talent expert in the global Tech start-up / scale-up ecosystem
