Job Description

We are looking for an excellent full-time Qualified Bookkeeper – 40 hours per week Monday to Friday. Immediate start available. Salary will be dependent on experience.

Main tasks of role

  • Bank & Cash reconciliations
  • Journal entries
  • Supplier and Customer Payments
  • Running Payroll
  • Credit control
  • Checking and input of purchase invoices
  • Updating files
  • General office duties, to include, but not limited to, answering the telephone, sending emails and admin.
  • Data Entry and checking the correct customs documentation has been received.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work in a team. Proficient in the use of Microsoft office, including Excel & Outlook. Knowledge of Sage 200 a must. Capable of working in a busy environment. Exceptional attention to detail. Good organizational skills with a methodical approach towards workloads. Ability to work under own initiative

Experience:

  • bookkeeping: 2 years (required)
