Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized, collaborative and flexible person to be part of our team. You will be someone who loves systems and spreadsheets, has excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. You will also have significant experience of coordinating financial systems and accounts within a car dealership or similar organization.
What will you be doing?
- Enter vehicle information and parts costs on to our CRM/ERP system
- Maintain company ledgers
- Assist with company Payroll
- Pay regular bills for the company
- Produce monthly/yearly accounts
- Prepare information for auditors
- Manage bank accounts
- Reconcile payments
- Assist with additional bookkeeping duties as designated by management
Benefits
- Basic Salary: £20,000 to £26,000 per annum (depending on experience)
