Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for decisions made during the course of duties
  • Seeking guidance and escalating issues where appropriate
  • Assist with the delivery of project plans and workstreams
  • Supervision of less experienced team members
  • Responsible for the monitoring of one or more budgets
  • Operate the relevant HQ switchboard
  • Coordinate new starter arrangements for new employees e.g. ID, equipment etc..
  • Facilitate and oversee and visitor arrangements to the including car parking
  • Coordinate receipt and distribution of incoming and outgoing post
  • Support coordination of hot desking and ad hoc utilisation of office accommodation
  • Coordinate relevant processes in support of corporate HQ responsibilities
  • Ensure staff have appropriate access, identification and equipment

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Required Skills:

  • Communications skills using a range of methods e.g. written and verbal.
  • Advanced IT skills in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Advanced Keyboarding Skills
  • Minute taking, audio typing/digital dictation skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Prioritisation and organisation skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Ability to plan workload and raise with line manager any issues of conflicting
