Job Description

-                      Assist with the recruitment process, sifting through CV’s, liaising with recruiters, and scheduling interviews as necessary.

-                      Take new employee references and respond to incoming reference requests.

-                      Assist with the Employee onboarding process (production of new starter packs, coordinating onboarding schedules and diarisation of new starter reviews).

-                      Assist the Global HR team by coordinating local arrangements for global HR events.

-                      Ensure all employee details are up to date and the data held is accurate within our HR system whilst maintaining confidentiality and security.

-                      Assisting with the administration of employee training and development activities (maintaining records, managing requests, booking courses, obtaining feedback of courses attended).

-                      Assist with updating the Employee Handbook (assist with drafting new polices/reformatting the handbook as required).

-                      Distribution of employee paperwork.

-                      Management of the Eye Care Voucher scheme.

-                      Coordination of regular Fire Marshal and First Aiders meetings, taking notes, distributing, and following up on action points as necessary.

-                      Maintenance of the Fire folder ensuring adequate records are maintained & monitoring to ensure weekly checks are carried out.

-                      Assist with the management and distribution of keys.

-                      Coordination of DSE Assessments.

-                      Participate in HR projects (e.g., help organise and attend recruitment events or participate etc)

-                      Provide general administrative support to the Head of HR as required.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • HR expereince desirable not essential
