Job Description
- Be on site reporting to Project Manager
- Be responsible for full on-site team, subcontractors, trades and labour
- Work with quantity surveyor to ensure cost and planning is done correctly
- Give clear direction to on-site team to ensure targets are met and project is delivered efficiently
- Manage day-to-day operations ensuring it is in accordance with specifications and build programme
- Responsible for all H&S on site
- Provide and check reports on progression
- Controlling additional costs for non-productive costs and prelim expenditure
- Ensure development passes internal and external inspections
- Ensuring development passes NHBC practices
- Monitor and control quality of production
- Ensure completion of remedial work prior to occupation
- Ensure customer service is held at the highest priority
- CML's/handovers
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experience running residential construction projects
- New build, residential experience
- Timber frame knowledge
- SMSTS, CSCS - Black
- First Aid
- Scaffold awareness
