Job Description
- Be on site reporting to the Senior Site Manager or Project Manager
- Give clear direction to on-site team to ensure targets are met and project is delivered efficiently
- Programming
- Liaise with contractors in meetings
- Manage day-to-day operations ensuring it is in accordance with specifications and build programme
- Ensure Health and Safety regulations are adhered to
- Provide and check reports on progression
- Ensuring development passes NHBC practices
- Monitor and control quality of production
- Snagging/desnagging
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experience running residential construction projects
- New build, residential experience
- SMSTS, CSCS
- First Aid
