Job Description

Key duties and responsibilities:


  • Dealing with all administration within the HR team

  • Coordinating new starters including offer paperwork, contracts and induction schedules

  • Provide administrative support with the scheduling and booking of training and ensuring that the HR system is updated as required

  • Ensuring worker information is kept up to date on the HR system

  • Update the HR system with new starter and leaver information

  • Provide administrative support in terms of training requests and bookings

  • Booking and arranging training, desk space, room bookings and demonstration events

  • Placing training requisitions on SAP

  • Maintaining electronic records of employees on an ongoing basis

  • Electronic filing and archiving various paperwork for starters/ leavers

  • Drafting letters, memos, emails, meeting minutes and reports

  • Electronic filing

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Essential skills required for this role:


  • Eager to learn new skills

  • Strong administration experience

  • Great organisational skills

  • Previous experience supporting a team with administrative duties

  • Clear understanding of data protection (GDPR)
