Job Description
This role will involve:
- VAT returns
- Invoicing
- Chasing payments
- Accruals & Journals
- Bank reconciliations
- Payroll for a very small team
- Ad hoc Office Manager type duties
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
You will need to have:
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good eye for detail
- Team player
- Experience with Xero and QuickBooks is desirable but not essential
- Flexible attitude
- Extremely well organised
- Enjoy a busy work environment
- Like dogs - due to the company dog in the office
