Job Description
Other duties may include:
- Processing supplier invoices and payments
- Posting of office account direct debits to the nominal ledger
- Petty cash
- Preparation of month end management information
- Assisting the Finance Manager
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Reporting into the Finance Manager you will be responsible for the following -
- The accurate processing of client account receipts, payments, bills etc.
- Daily review of bank statements
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Process client and office account payments by BACS/CHAPS
- Posting client and office cheques on Accounts System and preparing the banking
- Contribute to accurate and timely month end closure.
