Accounts Assistant
Full-time, Temporary
Job Description

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Purchase ledger; invoicing, running reports, dispute resolution, dealing with supplier payments

• Nominal ledger; journals

• Sales ledger; invoicing, statements and credit control

• Bank reconciliations

• Preparing and processing international payments

• Processing receipts and payments for petty cash

• Assisting with reporting financial data to management

• Assisting with statutory reporting to include VAT returns


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

The Person:

• Experience within a similar role

• Good  Microsoft office and Excel skills

• Sage experience preferred but not essential

• Well organised with an eye for detail
