Job Description
The role includes:
- Monthly management accounts
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Posting of monthly journals
- Daily management of the company bank accounts
- Making daily transfers between accounts, as well as external payments to suppliers
- Bank reconciliations
- Quarterly VAT Returns
- Quarterly Aggregate Levy Returns
- Inputting daily cash book entries
- Assisting in annual company audit
- Overseeing the role of accounts assistant
- Support to the Group Finance Manager and Finance Director
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Candiate requirements:
- Has excellent communication skills
- Confident in using Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work in a team
- Excellent eye for detail
- Ability to use self-initiative where necessary
- SAGE 50 experience beneficial but not essential
