You will be supporting various areas of the business providing first class administrative support, performing duties and carrying out tasks within Leasing, Admin and Finance.
The role includes an element of credit control so you will need to be confident to make outbound calls and record information onto Ledgers as well as taking payments and setting up direct debits, liaising with potential and existing Customers, assisting the Sales team collating and providing the required information to enable new orders to be processed.
The successful candidate should ideally have some experience in leasing although this is by no means essential as full training will be given.
An excellent telephone manner is necessary, working knowledge of MS Office and Excel and the ability to independently put together grammatically correct correspondence.
