IT Administrator Key Responsibilities:
Installation, the configuration of all IT hardware and software including LAN/WIFI/WAN, Active directory, Anti-Virus, Microsoft 365, Telephony and Video Conferencing equipment and hardware infrastructure.
Maintenance of an IT inventory and annual budget for the EU divisions, including computers, mobile phones, desk phones, and management of software licenses.
Manage the working relationship with vendors and ensure their service falls within agreed Service Level Agreements.
Provide technical support to end-users relating to hardware, software, and peripherals, ensuring issues are escalated to the IT support team as necessary.
Development, training, support, and maintenance of web applications including SharePoint and Business Intelligence dashboard reports.
Identify and create relevant end-user training materials across all IT services. Deliver one-to-one and group-based IT systems training.
Travel to UK remote sites at short notice to resolve technical issues or roll out new systems.
IT Administrator Key skills required:
Proven background in supporting desktop applications, including Microsoft Windows, Office 365, desk phone systems and IT hardware
Understanding of the ITIL service delivery framework.
SharePoint administration beneficial
Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to clearly communicate complicated technical concepts.
Experienced at maintaining a large IT hardware and software inventory
