Job Description
My client is looking for a Credit Controller to join the existing credit control team of 5 team. You will report directly to the Credit Manager and be responsible for managing a ledger of 600 accounts working to cash collection targets.
- Chasing outstanding debts by telephone, letter and email
- Dealing with key accounts with a high volume of transactions
- Investigation and resolving customer queries
- Reconciling accounts
- Monthly statement runs
- Sending out copy invoices & statements
- Raising credit notes and processing write offs
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
My client is looking for a strong credit controller who wants a hands-on role and who enjoys chasing customers on the telephone and via email. You must have a strong work ethic and a be happy to work from home.
- Recent/current experience of working as a credit controller
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to prioritise and manage your workload.
