Job Description

This role will be the first time that this company  has recruited any individual with specific focus on treasury/cash book  management as well as credit control and is a result of the significant growth that the company has experienced over the past two years.

The Role Would Include But Is Not Restricted To

Credit control of approximately 300 accounts out of a total of 2,300 live accounts.

Carry out daily banking duties.

Credit rating and limit setting for UK and overseas customers using Creditsafe credit scoring.

Communicating with 13 branches across the country to resolve customer queries and disputes.

Oversee NatWest sterling and foreign currency accounts using online banking.

Coordinate relationship with RBS Invoice Finance and perform necessary reconciliations.

The accounts software has been developed in-house and so experience of other well recognised accounting systems is not necessarily an advantage but rather what is needed is good Excel skills and an adaptable IT orientated mindset.
