Job Description
What you will do:
- Responsible for the drafting of quarterly/month end management accounts on a timely basis.
- Producing financial statements for a large portfolio of commercial and residential properties.
- Producing analytical reviews of suppliers to control costs.
- Managing and tracking capital projects.
- Managing the Accounts Assistant.
- Reviewing and submitting all VAT Returns.
- Managing the month end and mid-month payment run.
- Overseeing the bank reconciliations.
- Overseeing the Accounts Payable and Receivable functions.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
What you will need:
- Qualified or Part Qualified / currently studying for an accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA).
- Previous property finance experience.
- The ability to work well under pressure.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Solid computer and Excel skills.
- Experience/knowledge of Power BI (ideal).
