Working pattern is 3 weekly rotation
Week 1 - 0600-1500
Week 2 - 1100-2000
Week 3 - 0830-1730
To handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
To remain self-controlled and professional, listening to what customers / suppliers think and feel in order to make them feel important and deal with their concerns effectively
To develop a culture of trust both within and outside the immediate team in the pursuit of delivering a quality service to the customer
Administration of inbound / outbound shipments using the IT system and active report
Preparation and dispatch of inbound / outbound vehicles as well as taking over / transmit EDI and to ensure all freight is dispatched
Processing unloading / loading report in a timely manner and managing discrepancy reports and documented damages
Administration and processing of shipments details and transport documents , Collection order processing , dangerous goods compatibility checks
Excellent Communication Skills and the Abilty to communicate verbally and in writing
