Job Description

Responsibility for the operational performance of the allocated business in relation to overall targets set. Control over the client base, encompassing the management of service delivery of contracts. Maintain control and utilisation of labour and other resources through effective management teams. The execution of the responsibilities, of the role, paying due regard to the lawful and ethical standards involved. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation.

  • All clients are fully satisfied with the service provided
  • Ensure recruitment targets are met to achieve service delivery for all existing and new clients
  • Ensure performance indicators are constantly maintained and improved
  • All direct reports have a comprehensive knowledge of the Business Management System and work to the required standards
  • Ensure contracts are commissioned to agreed timeframe, standards, and profitability
  • Liaise with sales team to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain key customer relationships
  • Maintain and promote the reputation of the company
  • Achieve annual and period profit targets
  • Efficient and effective deployment of employees about client needs
  • All employees to receive relevant training for their role. All staff to receive induction & training
  • Manage support and develop all direct reporting managers within the business
  • Conduct and monitor performance reviews/appraisals of direct reports
  • Agree and support development plans following appraisal
  • Ensure that all staff comply with Statutory/Company requirements
  • Maintain / promote company vision and values
  • Assist in the development of the business strategy to deliver and maintain growth
  • In liaison with HR Manager ensure employee issues are dealt with according to Company Policy
  • All staff to work to the Quality Procedures and to the recognised Industry standards
  • Support the business as required by the Commercial Director
  • Support the company with any projects as required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Previous experience within the recruitment/ operational industry
  • To be computer literate
  • Willingness to learn, adapt and have a flexible approach
