This role will initially start as a stand-alone position, however, as the role progresses you will be given a lot of autonomy within the business and will be instrumental in streamlining and updating policies and procedures, building an internal team within the business, and devising the overall people strategy.
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will make up a part of the senior management team and will be instrumental in ensuring the proper recruitment process is followed end-to-end, whilst also being heavily involved in the learning and development of managers and staff members within the business, developing remuneration and reward packages and coaching where necessary.
In order to be considered for this role, you must have proven U.K employment law knowledge, be CIPD qualified and be within a commutable driving distance to the Chelmsford area.
