Job Description
  • Preparing and issuing Full time, Temporary and Fixed-term contracts for employees
  • Managing employee attendance and timesheets.
  • Assisting the Hiring Manager in the process of recruiting new staff
  • Maintaining and updating all the HR systems and implementing training and development plans for each department

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Must be fluent In English and Mandarin
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft systems
  • Ability to work as a team but also work independently with minimal supervision
  • Be highly computer, written and verbally literate
  • Great time management and organisational skills
