HR Assistant
Full-time, Contract
Job Description
  • Processing and organising employee data
  • Updating company policies and maintaining internal records, which may include preparing, issuing, and filing company documentation
  • Assisting the hiring manager
  • Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents
  • Processing sick leave, holiday and mat leave
  • Supporting onboarding of new starters
  • Answering emails and queries
  • General administrative duties

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Previous Experience in a HR setting
  • Excellent verbal, telephone, and written communications skills
  • Must be computer literate and have a strong knowledge of various Microsoft systems
  • Team player but must obtain the ability to also work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good timekeeping and organisational skills
